<div style="text-align: left">The Operational Research (OR) Unit in Holon is a multidisciplinary research group operating at the cutting edge of sigint & EW technology.</div><div style="text-align: left">We combine expertise in algorithmic research, signal processing, and machine learning.</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">We are looking for curious, creative, and analytical thinkers who can take a research concept, develop it, and turn it into a working algorithmic solution.</div><div style="text-align: left">If this sounds like you - we invite you to join us as an <b>Algorithms & Signal Processing Researcher</b></div><div style="text-align: left"> </div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will:</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Research and develop signal processing algorithms for radar systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Define methodologies, develop mathematical models, and conduct theoretical research</div><div style="text-align: left">Perform performance analysis, simulations, and build proof of concept demonstrators</div><div style="text-align: left">Work independently on challenging technological problems alongside experienced researchers</div><div style="text-align: left">Take part in innovative research aimed at developing advanced radar sensing solutions</div><div style="text-align: left">Demonstrate initiative and creative thinking – from concept to practical implementation</div><div style="text-align: left"> </div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements:</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Electrical Engineering / Mathematics / Physics</div><div style="text-align: left">Master’s or PhD – a significant advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 3 years of experience in radar signal processing, including spatial processing and parameter estimation</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong understanding of radar processing fundamentals</div><div style="text-align: left">Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python</div><div style="text-align: left">Background in Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence – an advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to work independently, think creatively, and lead research ideas from concept to implementation</div><div style="text-align: left"> </div><div style="text-align: left">This is an opportunity to join a leading research team, contribute to cutting edge radar innovations, and help shape the next generation of advanced sensing technologies in Israel</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">*Only suitable candidates will be contacted</div><div style="text-align: left">#Holon</div>
