The job also includes occasional international travel</div><div style="text-align: left">Responsibilities:</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead end to end procurement processes for complex, high value contracts</div><div style="text-align: left">Conduct commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers, including handling complex agreements</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage strategic suppliers and drive long term supplier relationships</div><div style="text-align: left">Coordinate and collaborate with senior managers, corporate headquarters, and multiple functions across the company</div><div style="text-align: left">Issue purchase orders and monitor supplier performance</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead contractual discussions and review legal/contractual documents (T&C’s, SOW, and related materials)</div><div style="text-align: left">Work in a multi interface matrix environment</div><div style="text-align: left">Requirements:</div><div style="text-align: left">Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Law — must</div><div style="text-align: left">MBA — an advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Legal background or degree in Law — advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 5 years of experience in strategic procurement</div><div style="text-align: left">Hands on experience in commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience working with ERP systems — advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial and legal agreements — advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in supplier management — advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">High interpersonal skills, service orientation, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to work across matrix organizations and multiple stakeholders</div><div style="text-align: left">High level of English</div><div style="text-align: left">Willingness to travel abroad</div><div style="text-align: left">*Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Rehovot</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div>
