<div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Elbit Systems is looking for a Business Financial Manager to join the Aerospace Division site in Haifa</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">The role includes financial management and support for diverse projects, building financial forecasts and project budgets, and monitoring performance in aspects of sales, receipts, new orders, costs, and profitability.</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">This position involves working closely with managers across the organization and subsidiaries, managing planning versus execution, and coordinating daily collaboration with multiple interfaces—program managers, production, engineering, procurement, and more.</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Main Responsibilities:</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Building and managing project budgets within the business unit, including sales, costs, and cash flow aspects</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Managing financial risks for projects, identifying deviations, and providing recommendations for improvement</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Preparing forecasts and monitoring actual performance versus plan and forecast</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Requirements:</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">B.A. in Economics or Industrial Engineering and Management</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">M.A. – Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">At least 3 years of experience in financial forecasting and budget control</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">High analytical skills, accuracy, independence, and business acumen</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Good command of English</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">High proficiency with information systems, especially Office and ERP applications</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Strong teamwork, collaboration, and quick, independent learning with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple interfaces</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">#Haifa</div>
