<div style="text-align: left">We are looking for</div><div style="text-align: left">For our company site in Haifa, we are looking for a Senior System Engineer with proven experience leading specification, architecture, and integration of complex, multidisciplinary defense systems</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left">Translate operational needs into comprehensive engineering solutions while balancing performance, risk, cost, and schedule</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead end‑to‑end System Engineering processes—from CONOPS definition through integration and operational testing</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Aeronautical Engineering</div><div style="text-align: left">Master’s degree- Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in defining operational concepts (CONOPS) and analyzing operational scenarios</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in system architecture design and subsystem decomposition</div><div style="text-align: left">Expertise in requirements management and traceability</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven practice in leading V‑Model processes and conducting design reviews (SRR / PDR / CDR)</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in system integration and field testing</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with regulatory and standard compliance environments (MIL‑STD / STANAG)</div><div style="text-align: left">Broad system‑level vision and ability to bridge between multiple disciplines (HW, SW, algorithms, communications, cyber)</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in technical and system support for RFP responses and proposals</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong analytical thinking combined with practical engineering judgment</div><div style="text-align: left">Decision‑making capabilities under uncertainty</div><div style="text-align: left">Professional authority and ability to present to senior management and defense customers</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Haifa</div>
