<div style="text-align: left">We are looking for</div><div style="text-align: left">For the Aerospace Division site in Modiin, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead a strategic and impactful domain at the core of defense operations, overseeing a global supply chain in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead the division’s Supply Chain strategy and build processes for continuous improvement of operational performance</div><div style="text-align: left">Hold overall responsibility for procurement management totaling hundreds of millions of dollars annually in Israel and abroad</div><div style="text-align: left">Formulate and implement policies for planning, inventory management, and material flow aligned with production goals and schedules</div><div style="text-align: left">Drive improvement in key operational KPIs: material availability, OTD, cost, and touch time</div><div style="text-align: left">Promote innovation, automation, and operational excellence across the entire supply chain</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead risk management mechanisms including risk analysis, BCP, multi‑sourcing, and supplier capacity planning</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage global manufacturing facilities abroad and ensure operational synchronization between sites</div><div style="text-align: left">Work with suppliers and subcontractors worldwide in an engineering and project‑driven environment</div><div style="text-align: left">Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, PMO, and business interfaces within the division</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage large teams in Israel and overseas, including senior managers</div><div style="text-align: left">Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering</div><div style="text-align: left">Master’s degree in Business Administration- Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Over 10 years of experience managing a Supply Chain organization in a large global industrial company</div><div style="text-align: left">Extensive experience in procurement and engagements with global suppliers and subcontractors</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience working in a project environment involving development, production, engineering, and planning</div><div style="text-align: left">Demonstrated success in leading cross‑organizational units and driving significant change processes</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with NPI or in the defense industry- Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">high level of English</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong leadership and influence skills, ability to manage senior managers, combined with solid financial acumen, system thinking, and business orientation</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Modiin-Maccabim–Reut</div>
