In our Propulsion Systems Group, we are seeking a passionate Mechanical Engineer to join us and play a key role in the development and optimization of propulsion systems based on internal combustion engines for military aviation applications</div><div style="text-align: left">In this role, you will make a significant technical contribution, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and directly impact projects of national and international importance</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">In this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left">Develop advanced propulsion systems focusing on internal combustion engines for military aviation applications</div><div style="text-align: left">Perform system-level design, define technical requirements, and lead design activities in complex projects with strategic partners and customers</div><div style="text-align: left">Conduct simulations, performance analyses, and optimization using dedicated software tools</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead experiments and validation testing to meet rigorous standards</div><div style="text-align: left">Develop innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reliability, and system resilience under extreme conditions</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc or M.Sc in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering (advanced degree - advantage)</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 5 years of experience in dynamic systems design in aerospace or defense applications (specialization in internal combustion engines - advantage)</div><div style="text-align: left">Knowledge in strength, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer</div><div style="text-align: left">Full proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks) and simulation tools such as Matlab, Python (Wave-Ricardo - advantage)</div><div style="text-align: left">Background in military/aerospace environments or familiarity with relevant standards and qualifications (experience in certification processes - advantage)</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong analytical thinking, teamwork skills, and ability to solve complex problems</div><div style="text-align: left">High proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div><div style="text-align: left">#Modiin-Maccabim–Reut</div></div>
