<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left">At our Haifa site, within the Aerospace Division, we are looking for a Hardware Engineer for development of test equipment and infrastructure systems. In this role, you will join a professional team engaged in designing hardware testing systems and infrastructures for products and aerospace systems. You will take part in all development stages — from requirements analysis and system definition, through hardware design, implementation, and integration, to the final delivery of systems to the end customer. </div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Analyze requirements and derive implementation aspects</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead the definition, concept design, detailed design, and implementation of hardware test systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Conduct design reviews with customers (including in English)</div><div style="text-align: left">Prepare technical documentation, calibration procedures, and operational manuals in English</div><div style="text-align: left">Collaborate with multiple interfaces in Israel and abroad throughout all project stages </div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. or Practical Engineer in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with proven hands-on experience in hardware or system design</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in developing automated test equipment – Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in electro optical testing development – Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Technical military service in a 4th line maintenance unit – Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to manage multidisciplinary interfaces in Israel and abroad</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to lead multiple tasks independently</div><div style="text-align: left">High self-learning ability</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong teamwork and collaboration skills</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience leading projects and managing subcontractors</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent English – written and verbal, including documentation and presentation skills </div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Haifa</div>
