This position combines system engineering and product management in an organization that leads innovative technological development for defense and tactical applications — a role that directly influences cutting‑edge solutions serving operational environments worldwide.</div><div style="text-align: left">n this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left">Be responsible for defining and owning system and product requirements based on operational, technical, and business needs</div><div style="text-align: left">Collaborate with development, manufacturing, procurement, and business teams on product specification and characterization</div><div style="text-align: left">Be involved end‑to‑end across the product lifecycle — development, integration, validation, and production stages</div><div style="text-align: left">Work closely with multidisciplinary development teams such as hardware, software, and systems engineers</div><div style="text-align: left">Interface with customers to understand their needs and support product evolution</div><div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">:Requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 3 years of experience as a hardware engineer</div><div style="text-align: left">Solid understanding of hardware and software development processes</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience in hardware‑software integration from requirements definition through implementation, testing, and system‑level integration</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with development methodologies and project lifecycles</div><div style="text-align: left">Basic knowledge of communication systems including RF fundamentals — advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">System-level understanding and the ability to deep-dive into hardware–software integration across the product lifecycle Strong communication skills</div><div style="text-align: left">Knowledge of dismounted infantry or tactical combat environments — advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Proactive, organized, and motivated to grow into product and system leadership</div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered*</div><div style="text-align: left">#Netanya</div></div></div>
