<div style="direction: ltr">We are seeking an Offset & Industrial Cooperation Manager to join our offset team in Rehovot. The role includes close collaboration with multiple cross organizational disciplines, including corporate headquarters and reports directly to the Division Offset Manager.</div><div style="direction: ltr">The position involves managing industrial cooperation activities of significant scale, complex commercial negotiations, and ongoing interfaces with internal stakeholders and government authorities in Israel and abroad.</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Responsibilities</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Lead business initiation activities, manage complex negotiations, and handle high value contractual engagements</div><div style="direction: ltr">Analyze alternatives and develop negotiation tactics and value creation levers</div><div style="direction: ltr">Draft and review contracts and commercial documents while understanding contractual structures and appendices</div><div style="direction: ltr">Build and maintain long term commercial relationships and manage crises when needed</div><div style="direction: ltr">Conduct cost and pricing analyses and support the development and execution of work plans</div><div style="direction: ltr">Work extensively in a matrix environment with Program Managers, Procurement, Budget Control, Legal, Operations, and corporate teams</div><div style="direction: ltr">Support business units in marketing efforts, proposal preparation, and responses to offset related tenders</div><div style="direction: ltr">Collaborate with government authorities and external partners in Israel and worldwide (advantage)</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Requirements</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field</div><div style="direction: ltr">3-4 years of experience in business initiation, commercial negotiations, and managing complex contractual engagements</div><div style="direction: ltr">Experience in drafting commercial contracts and strong understanding of contractual frameworks</div><div style="direction: ltr">Proven ability to analyze costing and pricing models</div><div style="direction: ltr">Demonstrated experience working in a matrix organizational structure</div><div style="direction: ltr">2 years of experience in Business Development / Industrial Cooperation (Offset) – an advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr">Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to build trust with partners and customers</div><div style="direction: ltr">High proficiency in English and Hebrew, including drafting contractual and commercial documents</div><div style="direction: ltr">High level of independence, initiative, and execution capability</div><div style="direction: ltr">Experience working with ERP systems and strong command of Excel and Word</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">*Only suitable applicants will be contacted</div><div style="direction: ltr">#Rehovot</div>
