<div style="direction: ltr">We are seeking a Program Manager to join our Special Mission Aircraft Business Unit in Holon</div><div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Responsibilities</div></div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div><div style="direction: ltr">Full responsibility for program management and execution, including customer relations, contractor management, budget control, meeting project milestones, and driving all relevant stakeholders within the organization</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div></div><div style="direction: ltr">Requirements</div><div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">B.Sc. in Electronics, Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant engineering fields</div><div style="direction: ltr">Background in Business Administration – an advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr">Proven and significant experience in managing technological programs</div><div style="direction: ltr">Strong command of English – including document writing, professional communication, and email correspondence</div><div style="direction: ltr">Understanding of procurement processes, contractual terms, work plan development, and writing Statements of Work (SOW)</div><div style="direction: ltr">Experience in budget allocation and management</div><div style="direction: ltr">Strong interpersonal communication skills, and experience in working in a matrix environment</div><div style="direction: ltr">System-of-systems level thinking and understanding</div><div style="direction: ltr">Experience in aerospace projects – an advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr">Experience in working with international customers – an advantage</div></div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">*Only suitable applicants will be contacted</div><div style="direction: ltr">#Holon</div>
