<div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr">Elbit Systems is an international high technology company engaged in a wide range of programs throughout the world, primarily in the defense and homeland security arenas</div><div style="direction: ltr">We develop and supply a broad portfolio of airborne, land and naval systems and products for defense, homeland security and commercial applications</div><div style="direction: ltr"> </div><div style="direction: ltr">We are looking for a Program Manager to join our HPL Business Unit, which is part of the ISTAR & EW Division</div><div style="direction: ltr"> </div><div style="direction: ltr">The job is located in Rehovot</div><div style="direction: ltr"> </div><div style="direction: ltr">The HPL Business Unit is a world leader in in developing and producing state-of-the art High Power Laser systems</div><div style="direction: ltr">Our portfolio includes wide-range of High Power Laser system solutions for land and airborne applications</div><div style="direction: ltr">The Program Manager will join our successful team, leading the large scale programs in the core of our business</div><div style="direction: ltr"> </div><div style="direction: ltr">Responsibilities</div><div style="direction: ltr"> </div><div style="direction: ltr">End to end management of multi-million $ projects, from contract signing, through development and production, till delivery and installation of the system at the customer's site</div><div style="direction: ltr">Build and control the program work plan, resources, budget and risk management</div><div style="direction: ltr">Act as the focal point to the customer, including on-going communications, meetings, updates, and joint teamwork</div><div style="direction: ltr">Multi-interface matrix management in the fields of development, production, procurement and more</div><div style="direction: ltr">Leading effectively the development and operation teams based on strong technical background with multi-disciplinary and complex systems</div><div style="direction: ltr">Identifying and initiating business opportunities and developing relationships with the customers</div><div style="direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="direction: ltr"> </div><div style="direction: ltr">Requirements</div><div style="direction: ltr"> </div><div style="direction: ltr">Bachelor's degree in management/engineering/Exact Sciences from a Relevant Field</div><div style="direction: ltr">Experience in managing and leading complex projects/processes</div><div style="direction: ltr">Multitasking capabilities</div><div style="direction: ltr">Experience in writing technical/contractual documents and preparing and delivering presentations</div><div style="direction: ltr">Comprehensive understanding of financial, budgeting, and cost control aspect and budget management principles</div><div style="direction: ltr">Experience in leading large-scale programs in the defense field - an advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr">Experience in multi-interface matrix management – an advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr">Ability to learn independently and think "outside the box" - an advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr">Ability to lead business development and marketing processes with overseas customers – an advantage</div><div style="direction: ltr">Fluent English</div><div style="direction: ltr">Willingness to travel abroad</div><div style="direction: ltr">#Rehovot</div>
