You will lead end-to-end procurement processes, manage strategic supplier relationships, and make a direct impact on project success — in a dynamic, fast-paced environment full of purpose and meaning</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Manage the full procurement cycle: issuing RFQs to suppliers, generating purchase orders, and closely tracking from issuance through warehouse receipt to supplier payment</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage suppliers and subcontractors: conducting weekly status calls to monitor and control delivery schedules, meeting savings and OTD targets</div><div style="text-align: left">Provide creative solutions and rapid responses to internal customers and suppliers</div><div style="text-align: left">Oversee ongoing reporting and control of the supply plan, including data analysis and presenting status updates and progress to management</div><div style="text-align: left">Work intensively with cross-organizational interfaces (business unit, planning, finance, warehouse) while delivering fast and creative solutions in a dynamic environment</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Bachelor's degree or practical engineering diploma in Industrial Engineering & Management, Logistics, or Economics</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience in managing suppliers and subcontractors in Israel and abroad</div><div style="text-align: left">Full proficiency in Excel with the ability to analyze complex data</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably procurement and logistics modules - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">High-level English (reading, writing, and leading discussions with international suppliers)</div><div style="text-align: left">Deep understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a multi-interface environment, with excellent interpersonal skills and a team player mindset</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered*</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">#Haifa</div>
