You'll work at the intersection of optics, sensors, mechanics, electronics, and software, taking part in shaping cutting-edge sensing capabilities alongside top experts across multiple engineering disciplines.</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">In this role you will</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Lead system architecture for EO modules integrating imaging and laser optics, high-throughput sensors, complex mechanisms, and image-processing pipelines</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Define system-level requirements and performance budgets for advanced EO systems</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Drive the full development lifecycle from concept and SRR/SDR through PDR/CDR/PRR, prototype delivery, and transition to production</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex challenges</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Influence system-level decisions in a fast-moving environment driven by creativity, rigorous system engineering, and deep technological understanding</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Requirements</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">BSc in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Optics, or Physics</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">MSc in a relevant field - an advantage</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">3+ years of experience developing and integrating multidisciplinary EO/laser/sensor systems</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Experience with detectors and day/night imaging systems - an advantage</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Experience with high-power laser optics or space telescopes - an advantage</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Proficiency with MATLAB/Python and image/signal-processing tools</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">*Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">#Rehovot</div>
