<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left"> An ILS Program Manager for our Haifa site</div><div style="text-align: left">The Aerospace division at Elbit Systems leads complex projects in the aviation and avionics domain for customers in Israel and worldwide. You will be part of a team managing end-to-end repair logistics activities – from the moment an item is received through its return to the customer. If you thrive on managing dynamic processes, working across multiple interfaces, and driving logistics operations in a meaningful defense environment – come be part of what we do.</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Manage logistics activities related to system and item repairs, including registration and item intake</div><div style="text-align: left">Coordinate logistics with domestic and international customers for item receipt and shipment</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage interfaces with Elbit repair lines and import/export teams</div><div style="text-align: left">Build and maintain repair work plans, track schedules and monitor progress</div><div style="text-align: left">Generate reports, analyze data and present status updates to internal and external stakeholders</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field, or a practical engineering diploma in these areas</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in logistics process management or program management - an advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Full proficiency in Excel, including report generation and data analysis</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent English skills</div><div style="text-align: left">Availability for a full-time position</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with ERP systems - an advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with the aviation and avionics domain - an advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage tasks under high workload, excellent communication, service orientation and ability to drive results without formal authority</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered*</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">#Haifa</div>
