<div><b>We are looking for</b></div><div>An Export Team Leader for the company's site in Haifa, for the Aerospace division</div><div>Come lead a complex export operation in a dynamic and challenging defense environment, where your work has a direct impact on the success of the organization's key projects. You will manage a team of five employees and be part of a global operation connecting Israel to the world</div><div><br></div><div><b>In this role you will</b></div><div>Lead and manage the export team, including professional guidance, task allocation and employee development</div><div>Hold end-to-end responsibility for all export processes within the division</div><div>Manage the export department budget</div><div>Develop new work processes, prepare operational and financial reports</div><div>Maintain direct communication with suppliers, customers and freight forwarders locally and internationally</div><div>Monitor shipments, provide solutions and coordinate with customs and classification authorities, including clearances, documentation and invoice verification</div><div>Provide professional support to buyers, program managers and project managers</div><div>Lead complex and sensitive logistics processes</div><div><br></div><div><b>Requirements</b></div><div>Academic degree - advantage</div><div>At least three years of experience in export</div><div>Experience in team management</div><div>Experience working at a freight forwarding company - advantage</div><div>Full proficiency in Excel</div><div>High-level English proficiency</div><div>Strong understanding of complex processes, creative thinking, ability to meet deadlines, high service orientation and leadership skills</div><div><br></div><div>*Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div>#Haifa</div><div><b><br></b></div>
