<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">The Legal Department at the Aerospace division is looking for a Law Student to join our team at the company's site in Haifa (Matam)</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">You will be part of a professional and dynamic legal team that supports one of Elbit Systems' core divisions across a wide range of legal and business activities — from managing subsidiary compliance to supporting tenders and legal proceedings</div><div style="text-align: left">Come gain hands-on legal experience while still completing your degree,. and be part of meaningful work in a leading defense technology organization</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Assist the legal team in preparing for tenders and legal proceedings</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage legal requirements for the subsidiaries database — preparing reports for the Registrar of Companies, updating protocols and related documents</div><div style="text-align: left">Conduct legal research and draft legal documents</div><div style="text-align: left">Provide ongoing support to the Legal Department's daily operations</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Law student, second year or above (or end of first year)</div><div style="text-align: left">Corporate Law course - an advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal</div><div style="text-align: left">Proficiency in MS Office applications</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to work independently, strong analytical skills and fast learning capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered*</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">#Haifa</div>
