This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of business development in one of the defense industry's most dynamic divisions</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Identify and initiate new business opportunities locally and internationally</div><div style="text-align: left">Establish new business partnerships and strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage opportunities and system-level campaigns end to end</div><div style="text-align: left">Gather business intelligence, analyze markets, trends and competitors</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead business proposals and manage negotiations with customers</div><div style="text-align: left">Work across matrixed organizational functions and build cross-divisional relationships</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Relevant Bachelor's degree</div><div style="text-align: left">Master's degree - an advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 5 years of experience in marketing and business development of large-scale, multi-system projects in the defense sector and international markets</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in negotiations, leading business proposals and managing customer relationships</div><div style="text-align: left">Native-level English proficiency</div><div style="text-align: left">Additional language - an advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Willingness to travel abroad and work non-standard hours</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong systemic perspective, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and drive cross-organizational interfaces</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Haifa</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div>
