<div style="text-align: left">Elbit Systems is looking for a Subcontractor Project Manager to join the Haifa site</div><div style="text-align: left">This is a challenging and central role responsible for managing the logistics and operational aspects of program deliveries</div><div style="text-align: left">Main Responsibilities</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead the operational, logistics, and supply activities of subcontractor items across various programs</div><div style="text-align: left">Plan and manage deliveries according to contractual targets and OTD (On‑Time Delivery) requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage matrix interfaces with internal departments – procurement, sales, production, control, quality, import/export, and warehouses</div><div style="text-align: left">Perform supply analyses, forecasting, risk management, and continuous process improvement</div><div style="text-align: left">Work closely with program managers and customers</div><div style="text-align: left">Plan subcontractor work and optimize delivery processes and methods</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage inventories and procurement budgets while ensuring compliance with economic goals</div><div style="text-align: left">Handle export permits, API licenses, and invoices in accordance with regulatory and international requirements</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management — Mandatory</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 3 years of experience in logistics, operational procurement, or supply management within complex industry environments — Mandatory</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience working with subcontractors and managing matrix environments</div><div style="text-align: left">Thorough knowledge of procurement, inventory management, import/export processes, and international permit handling</div><div style="text-align: left">Full proficiency in Office, LN, PLM, and Workflow tools — Mandatory</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics/procurement modules — Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking) — Mandatory</div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Haifa</div>
