We are looking for
For the Aerospace Division site in Modiin, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead a strategic and impactful domain at the core of defense operations, overseeing a global supply chain in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment
In this role you will
Lead the division’s Supply Chain strategy and build processes for continuous improvement of operational performance
Hold overall responsibility for procurement management totaling hundreds of millions of dollars annually in Israel and abroad
Formulate and implement policies for planning, inventory management, and material flow aligned with production goals and schedules
Drive improvement in key operational KPIs: material availability, OTD, cost, and touch time
Promote innovation, automation, and operational excellence across the entire supply chain
Lead risk management mechanisms including risk analysis, BCP, multi‑sourcing, and supplier capacity planning
Manage global manufacturing facilities abroad and ensure operational synchronization between sites
Work with suppliers and subcontractors worldwide in an engineering and project‑driven environment
Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, PMO, and business interfaces within the division
Manage large teams in Israel and overseas, including senior managers
Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Master’s degree in Business Administration- Advantage
Over 10 years of experience managing a Supply Chain organization in a large global industrial company
Extensive experience in procurement and engagements with global suppliers and subcontractors
Proven experience working in a project environment involving development, production, engineering, and planning
Demonstrated success in leading cross‑organizational units and driving significant change processes
Experience with NPI or in the defense industry- Advantage
high level of English
Strong leadership and influence skills, ability to manage senior managers, combined with solid financial acumen, system thinking, and business orientation
