For Elbit site in the northern region we are looking for a Program Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role managing end-to-end programs in the aerospace manufacturing field. In this role you will
Manage projects in the aerospace manufacturing domain
Take full responsibility for programs from proposal stage through initiation, execution, and completion, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality, schedule, and budget
Monitor project budget performance and cost control
Maintain active presence on production lines and accompany the program both on site and with the customer
Perform continuous risk management and lead mitigation activities to reduce risk levels and achieve targets
Lead ongoing communication and coordination with customers
Manage overall project execution according to work plans ensuring achievement of operational and business objectives
Lead in a matrix environment across multiple technical and business disciplines
Ensure milestone delivery on time and within agreed budget
Serve as point of contact for customers and manage all program-related interactions
Oversee program financial indicators including sales performance, profit and loss, and payments
Requirements
B.Sc. in Engineering, Technology, or Business
Proven experience in program or project management
Experience in customer interface management - Significant advantage
Leadership capabilities with experience working in a matrix environment and managing multiple interfaces
System-level thinking and independent decision-making ability
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Very good level of English
