Elbit Systems is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the FAS Business Unit at the Aerospace Division site in Haifa
Main Responsibilities
Initiate and identify business opportunities in Israel and abroad
Establish new business partnerships and maintain relationships with existing customers and partners
Manage and lead system‑level business opportunities and campaigns
Collect business intelligence and conduct market analysis
Lead long‑term marketing processes
Develop new markets domestically and internationally
Negotiate all aspects of programs, including quality, schedule, and budget
Requirements
B.A. in Engineering / Technology / Business
More than 5 years of experience in large‑scale marketing and business development within the defense and international markets
Military background in an aircrew position — Mandatory
rotorcraft aircrew — Advantage
Business acumen and proven experience in negotiation and contract closing
Proactive and independent approach with strong capability to lead processes and engage multiple interfaces
Excellent representation, high interpersonal communication skills, and system‑level vision
Willingness to travel extensively abroad and to work non‑standard hours
High‑level English proficiency
