We are looking for

For our company site in Modiin, we are looking for a Customer Manager in the field of technical and logistical services, for a key and impactful role within the division. This position includes full responsibility for providing technical and logistical solutions to the company’s customers-from product delivery to end-of-life of the system

This is an opportunity to shape the customer experience, work with a variety of technical and operational interfaces, and be part of a professional team that operates in an environment of collaboration, excellence, and national security significance

In this role you will

Provide responses to technical inquiries and professional support in coordination with engineering and operations teams

Manage and follow up on equipment arriving from customers for repair

Plan materials and equipment for procurement requirements and preventive maintenance activities

Hold daily and weekly calls with customers to provide status updates and ensure system availability

Manage overseas shipments and close the service loop with the customer, including coordination with import/export functions

Maintain continuous collaboration with program managers, ILS, engineering, production planning, procurement, quality, and subcontractors

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Practical Engineer in Industrial Engineering and Management- Advantage

Previous experience in an industrial company in operational or business domains- Advantage

Familiarity with UAV systems- Advantage

Experience working with ERP and CRM systems

Full proficiency in Office applications

High level of English

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive customer-oriented approach
