Elbit Systems is looking for a Materials Engineer to join the Aircraft Division site in Haifa

Main Responsibilities
Selecting materials and manufacturing processes suitable for airborne systems, including electro‑optical systems, computers, and more
Providing creative solutions to design challenges
Conducting failure analyses
Driving technological innovation
Performing engineering experiments and analyzing results
Working under pressure in a dynamic environment
Collaborating with multiple organizational interfaces and team members
Supporting the transition to production and providing operational support
Working with subcontractors in Israel and abroad
Education
B.Sc. in Materials Engineering or Chemical Engineering — Mandatory
M.Sc. in a related field — Advantage
Professional Experience
At least 3 years of relevant industry experience
Ability to lead and drive projects
Curiosity, self‑learning ability, and creativity
Experience working with laboratory equipment and material characterization — Advantage
Experience in R&D of new materials and manufacturing technologies — Advantage
Experience in process development in the field of paints or coatings — Advantage
Availability for immediate employment
