We are looking for
For Elbit Cyclone site in Bar-Lev Industrial Zone, we are looking for an Aerospace Quality Engineer to join our team
This is a meaningful role within a leading defense and aerospace company, responsible for managing all quality aspects in complex programs while ensuring compliance, excellence, and customer satisfaction
In this role you will
Manage quality within aerospace programs across all quality aspects, from contract initiation to program completion
Participate in reviews, prepare quality plans, and monitor implementation
Lead and manage quality processes throughout aerospace projects
Conduct internal quality audits to verify compliance with customer and company requirements, and support external audits
Ensure organizational compliance with customer requirements
Manage quality processes including MRB, CAPA, and failure investigations
Requirements
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering
Familiarity with composite materials - Advantage
Experience leading employee teams - Advantage
Familiarity with aerospace quality standard AS9100 - Advantage
Knowledge of CATIA - Advantage
Background in the Air Force - Advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong self-learning abilities
Capability to lead and drive cross-organizational processes
Experience working with multiple interfaces and with customers in Israel and abroad
High level of English
