We are looking for
For our company site in Modiin, we are looking for a Systems Control Engineer to take part in developing and operating engine test setups that support cutting‑edge aerospace systems
In this role you will
Be responsible for the design, execution, and maintenance of test facilities, ensuring compliance with all technical, safety, and operational requirements
Lead the setup and activation of engineering test benches for engines
Adapt test processes for new systems or upgraded ones
Write procedures and test plans
Perform functional tests, integration, maintenance, and safety evaluations on systems
Analyze system failures and provide engineering solutions
Provide technical support to operations teams
Maintain comprehensive documentation of test facilities to ensure knowledge transfer and lessons learned
Ensure compliance with regulatory, standards, and quality requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering)
Experience in industrial controller programming or working in a LabVIEW environment- Advantage
Previous experience in setting up test facilities or systems- Strong advantage
Deep technical understanding of complex systems
Ability to work and learn independently and as part of a team, under pressure, and in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience with MATLAB- Advantage
Good command of English- reading, writing, and speaking
Willingness to travel to local and international flight test sites for ground and flight test support
