For our site in Holon, we are looking for a Senior System Engineer to join our Intelligence and EW Division. In this role, you will take part in the development and integration of cutting-edge multidisciplinary systems that serve critical defense and technology missions. :In this role you will
Manage the full lifecycle of a multidisciplinary system from definition to delivery
Collaborate with BOARD DESIGN, RF analog, digital and mechanical design teams to define systematic solutions
Define hardware and communication interfaces between boards
Review and approve PCB design for compliance with RF, electrical, and mechanical requirements
Maintain and manage ICD documentation and control configuration changes throughout the system lifecycle
Lead integration processes from subsystem level to full system level
:Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
M.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering - Advantage
At least 7 years of experience as a multidisciplinary System Engineer, including hardware, RF, antennas, software, and mechanics
Experience in hardware design and testing (electronic boards and RF assemblies)
Experience in defining hardware interfaces
Experience in multidisciplinary integration (RF analog, digital, mechanics, and software)
Proficiency with advanced test equipment
Experience leading technical design reviews
Familiarity with operational principles of Radar, transmission/reception systems, and antennas - Significant advantage
Knowledge of military standards and EMI/EMC requirements - Advantage
Proactive, able to work under pressure, with excellent interpersonal skills
