We are looking for
For our Modiin site, we are looking for a Supplier Manager – Mechanical Procurement for a key role that combines overall responsibility for managing and monitoring production and supply processes in the mechanical field. You will work closely with suppliers, buyers, engineering interfaces, and operations teams, directly influencing parts availability and project delivery goals. This is a dynamic position that requires excellent interface management skills, real-time problem-solving ability, and leading end-to-end supply processes
In this role you will
Manage and track purchase orders from issuance to stock delivery
Coordinate and follow up with suppliers in Israel and abroad
Collaborate on a daily basis with engineering, production planning, quality, finance, and logistics teams
Handle supply issues, identify delays, and provide real-time solutions
Update ERP systems and maintain procurement and supply data
Generate status reports and present up-to-date project insights
Requirements
Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
At least two years of experience in procurement
Familiarity with mechanical procurement - Advantage
Experience working with ERP systems
High proficiency in Excel
Good command of English
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work with diverse interfaces
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
