In this role you will
Manage development programs for the Israeli Air Force
Lead and control end‑to‑end work processes across internal stakeholders and with the customer
Requirements
BSc in Engineering
MBA - Advantage
Engineering background; preference for prior experience as a Systems Engineer or Technical Manager
Program management experience - Advantage
Ability to lead and motivate teams in a matrix environment; experience engaging with subcontractors, suppliers, partners and subsidiary companies
Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work in a team
Experience with production and customer delivery processes with emphasis on meeting program targets - Advantage
Financial literacy including target‑driven management - Advantage
