For our site in Karmiel, we are looking for an NPI Project Manager. You will lead exciting projects transitioning products from development to serial production, in an advanced technological environment with multiple interfaces. In this role you will
Manage NPI projects end-to-end, from Kick-off through PRR
Lead Design to Manufacturing transfer processes
Coordinate and manage cross-functional work with engineering, development, production, quality, procurement, logistics and suppliers
Build work plans, schedules, budgets and manage risks
Lead Build phases: Prototype, Pilot and LRIP
Own quality, cost and schedule targets
Manage failures, design changes (ECO/DCP) and improvement processes
Support PRR, MRL and TRL readiness as needed
Prepare and deliver status presentations to management and stakeholders
Requirements
B.Sc. in Engineering (Industrial Engineering & Management / Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics)
3–7 years of experience in NPI / engineering / manufacturing project management
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supply chain and BOM - Advantage
Experience in defense, medical or complex electronics industries - Advantage
High-level English (speaking, reading and writing)
Experience working in a multi-interface, matrix environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and meet deadlines
