We are looking for
A Subsidiary Quality Lead for Elbit's Aerospace division, based at the company's site in Karmiel
You will be the key professional link between our subsidiaries and the division's quality organization – with a direct impact on product standards, work processes and continuous improvement. In this role you will
Review and optimize quality processes between subsidiaries and the Aerospace division
Serve as the Focal Point for subsidiaries on all project quality matters
Centralize, handle and investigate quality complaints and professional inquiries to and from subsidiaries, including follow-up, control and feedback
Manage nonconforming materials from subsidiaries – documentation of deviations, monitoring implementation of decisions, initiating inventory dispositions and preparing reports
Analyze and present quality data, metrics and trends in quality forums and management reviews
Conduct internal audits at subsidiaries, verify compliance with requirements and hold routine meetings with subsidiary quality representatives
Requirements
Practical engineer or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
CQE certification - an advantage
Experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment or experience in quality assurance/operations
Familiarity with quality standards and procedures in the defense industry - an advantage
Experience in electronics or PCB assembly - an advantage
Ability to read technical drawings - an advantage
Proficiency in Office applications
High-level English (reading, writing and speaking), Romanian - an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, accountability and a proactive approach
