Elbit Systems is looking for a Technical Manager to work with the U.S. market and the Israeli Air Force, based at the Aerospace Division site in Haifa
Main Responsibilities
Working with various customers in the American market and with the Israeli Air Force, with emphasis on major platform manufacturers such as Boeing and end users
Leading and managing, in a matrix structure, all multidisciplinary project teams including hardware, software, FPGA, mechanics, and more
Requirements
B.Sc. in Electronics / Software / Systems / Aeronautical Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary projects involving hardware, mechanics, and software
Strong familiarity with Head Systems architecture and military standards — Advantage
High level of English
Solid background in hardware / software / systems development — Advantage
Experience In Writing Requirements, Design, And Testing Documents — Advantage
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
