We are looking for
A Flight Control, Estimation, and Guidance Engineer to join our Aerospace Division at the Haifa site. In this role, you will take part in the development and implementation of next-generation flight control algorithms, contributing to innovative aerospace systems that push technological boundaries. Join our dynamic and collaborative Flight Sciences group and be part of shaping the future of autonomous flight and guidance technologies
In this role you will
Design, model, and implement flight control and guidance algorithms for aircraft and UAV systems
Conduct research and simulation activities related to estimation, navigation, and optimal control
Work with Matlab, Simulink, and 6DOF simulation environments to validate control solutions
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams across the Aerospace Division
Support flight testing, data analysis, and performance evaluation
Requirements
Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related Engineering field
Knowledge and hands-on experience in flight control system design and implementation
Experience with estimation methods such as Kalman filters and optimal control theory (H∞, LQR) - advantage
Experience with terminal guidance algorithms - advantage
Familiarity with Matlab, Simulink, and programming languages such as C/C++
Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
