We are looking for
The Legal Department at the Aerospace division is looking for a Law Student to join our team at the company's site in Haifa (Matam)
You will be part of a professional and dynamic legal team that supports one of Elbit Systems' core divisions across a wide range of legal and business activities — from managing subsidiary compliance to supporting tenders and legal proceedings
Come gain hands-on legal experience while still completing your degree,. and be part of meaningful work in a leading defense technology organization
In this role you will
Assist the legal team in preparing for tenders and legal proceedings
Manage legal requirements for the subsidiaries database — preparing reports for the Registrar of Companies, updating protocols and related documents
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
Provide ongoing support to the Legal Department's daily operations
Requirements
Law student, second year or above (or end of first year)
Corporate Law course - an advantage
High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to work independently, strong analytical skills and fast learning capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
