We are looking for

A Software Engineer to join our software group in Haifa, developing airborne SW products for advanced avionics platforms, including Helmet Mounted Displays (HMDs), Head-Up Displays (HUDs), and Down Displays (DD)

Our team owns and develops a complete graphics infrastructure based on a leading avionics graphics standard and serves as the center of expertise within the organization for real-time graphic architecture, best practices, and system-level integrations. Beyond development, the team leads internal and external trainings, supports multiple programs, and works closely with system, integration, and customer teams across the full lifecycle. AI technologies are embedded throughout the team's activities, including development, integration, and knowledge management

Come be part of a team where you will shape next-generation airborne display systems, combining real-time embedded software, cross-platform development, and PC-based graphical tools, with exposure to both runtime systems and advanced engineering tools

In this role you will

Design and develop real-time embedded, cross-platform graphics software in ++C

Participate in system integration, lab testing, and customer deliveries

Apply and lead graphics infrastructure best practices across projects

Actively use AI-assisted tools to improve development efficiency and knowledge sharing

Work across Windows, Linux, and real-time avionics operating systems (e.g. VxWorks 6.x / 653, LynxOS)

Requirements

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Strong C++ development skills

Experience with OpenGL or similar graphics APIs - Advantage

Background in real-time embedded systems - Advantage

Experience using AI-based development or automation tools - Advantage

High level of English

Teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary interfaces
