We are looking for A Senior Electro-Optical Systems Engineer to join our team at the company's site in Rehovot

In this role you will
Lead system architecture for EO modules integrating imaging and laser optics, high-throughput sensors, complex mechanisms, and image-processing pipelines
Define system-level requirements and performance budgets for advanced EO systems
Drive the full development lifecycle from concept and SRR/SDR through PDR/CDR/PRR, prototype delivery, and transition to production
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex challenges
Influence system-level decisions in a fast-moving environment driven by creativity, rigorous system engineering, and deep technological understanding
Requirements
BSc in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Optics, or Physics
MSc in a relevant field - an advantage
3+ years of experience developing and integrating multidisciplinary EO/laser/sensor systems
Experience with detectors and day/night imaging systems - an advantage
Experience with high-power laser optics or space telescopes - an advantage
Proficiency with MATLAB/Python and image/signal-processing tools
Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment
