We are looking for
An ILS Program Manager for our Haifa site
The Aerospace division at Elbit Systems leads complex projects in the aviation and avionics domain for customers in Israel and worldwide. You will be part of a team managing end-to-end repair logistics activities – from the moment an item is received through its return to the customer. In this role you will
Manage logistics activities related to system and item repairs, including registration and item intake
Coordinate logistics with domestic and international customers for item receipt and shipment
Manage interfaces with Elbit repair lines and import/export teams
Build and maintain repair work plans, track schedules and monitor progress
Generate reports, analyze data and present status updates to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field, or a practical engineering diploma in these areas
Experience in logistics process management or program management - an advantage
Full proficiency in Excel, including report generation and data analysis
Excellent English skills
Availability for a full-time position
Familiarity with ERP systems - an advantage
Familiarity with the aviation and avionics domain - an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage tasks under high workload, excellent communication, service orientation and ability to drive results without formal authority
