We are looking for
A Shipping Warehouse Team Lead for our site in Modi'in

In this role you will
Take full responsibility for shipping warehouse inventory, including stock counts and routine inspections
Lead and direct the warehouse team
Manage tracking and traceability of all materials within the warehouse
Handle domestic and international shipments in accordance with procedures
Handle classified shipments per security guidelines
Handle hazardous materials shipments in accordance with relevant regulations
Pack equipment according to special requirements and procedures
Execute sales to suppliers and customers and dispatch equipment to destination, including prioritized handling of AOG shipments
Coordinate, monitor and control incoming and outgoing equipment - prepare documentation and report in the ERP system
Maintain order and organization in the covered parking storage area and yards
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a shipping role within a defense or industrial company - advantage
Proficiency in ERP information systems
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Basic level of English
Willingness to perform physical work and work overtime
Ability to independently lead tasks from start to finish, strong service orientation, commitment and a systemic perspective, organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
