For our site in Rosh Ha'Ayin, we are looking for experienced Program Managers to join a growing team leading complex programs in the field of autonomous and robotic attack systems

This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of groundbreaking technologies that are shaping the future of the battlefield - managing programs that take cutting-edge products from concept to operational deployment.

In this role you will

Manage programs from customer need identification and requirements definition, through contract signing, implementation, delivery, and ongoing support

Plan and manage work plans, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with program scope, milestones, and quality targets

Hold full financial responsibility for programs - including budgeting, pricing, monitoring, and controlling expenditures and progress

Maintain ongoing engagement with customers, suppliers, and partners - coordinating technical and operational meetings and progress reporting

Oversee the technical progress of systems integrating hardware, software, and algorithms, working closely with engineering and R&D leads

Manage subcontractors and technology suppliers, overseeing deliverables, timelines, and technical compliance

Drive business development activities by identifying and advancing new opportunities with existing and potential customers

Operate within a matrix organization, collaborating closely with R&D, production, quality assurance, logistics, procurement, and support teams

Requirements

At least 5 years of proven experience managing complex technological programs and/or projects

Experience in the defense industry - advantage

Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams across diverse environments

Knowledge and familiarity with autonomy, robotics, and unmanned systems - advantage

Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills

High-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)

Additional languages - advantage

Willingness to travel abroad according to project needs
