An Administrative Coordinator for the Finance Department at our Aerospace division site in Haifa

In this role you will

Coordinate and manage ongoing administrative processes within the Finance Department

Support business and financial processes with a systemic understanding of departmental operations

Generate reports, analyze data and track performance metrics

Collaborate with diverse interfaces across the organization and externally

Handle documentation, purchase orders, invoices and control processes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Administrative Experience In a Business-oriented Company

Full proficiency in MS Office applications and computerized information systems

High-level English

Analytical thinking and familiarity with business processes

Excellent interpersonal skills, strong service orientation and ability to work across multiple interfaces

Ability to work independently, take initiative and perform under pressure
