:What You’ll Do
Lead a team of Data Scientists
Develop advanced Vision Language Models solutions for operational challenges
Work with Massive Real world Data
Design multimodal pipelines combining image audio and text for VQA, captioning, semantic retrieval, and cross‑modal search
Develop decision‑support applications powered by Generative AI that make complex insights accessible
Collaborate with engineers and researchers to deploy, scale, and optimize VLMs in production
:Your Expertise
Proven experience leading teams
Solid foundation in Data Science, Machine Learning / Deep Learning, and Generative AI methodologies
5+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying deep learning systems
3+ years developing VLM or multimodal AI models (on‑prem or cloud) as a Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer
Deep familiarity with Vision‑Language architectures
Experience with real time noisy , latency , compute constrains (including edge devices)
Experience in semantic search, embedding optimization, and multi‑agent or RAG architecture
Comfortable working with Agile workflows and DevOps principles
Competitive background (Kaggle) — Advantag
