<div style="text-align: left">Let’s make an impact on tomorrow’s battlefield</div><div style="text-align: left">FUSE is where cutting-edge defense technology meets real-world impact</div><div style="text-align: left">We’re redefining man unmanned teaming (MUM-T) through a unified, intelligent ecosystem that connects autonomous and robotic platforms across land and air</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">We are looking for an experienced and hands-on DevOps Team Leader to join our FUSE organization.</div><div style="text-align: left">In this role, you will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities, driving the DevOps vision and execution while mentoring engineers, shaping best practices, and ensuring reliable and scalable software delivery across containerized, Kubernetes, cloud, and air-gapped environments</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>:In this role, you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers, setting technical direction and fostering a culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous improvement</div><div style="text-align: left">Define and drive the team’s roadmap, priorities, and goals in alignment with organizational objectives</div><div style="text-align: left">Architect, design, and oversee robust and scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions</div><div style="text-align: left">Own the strategy, tooling, and automation for secure air-gapped environments</div><div style="text-align: left">Serve as the primary interface between DevOps and R&D, QA, and Product teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across the development and release lifecycle</div><div style="text-align: left">Research, evaluate, and introduce new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and reliability</div><div style="text-align: left">Drive the scalability, resilience, and performance of cloud environments (Azure / AWS)</div><div style="text-align: left">Establish and enforce DevOps standards, processes, and documentation across the organization</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>:Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent experience</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role – required</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams – required</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong architectural understanding of CI/CD tools and methodologies, particularly Jenkins and GitHub Actions – required</div><div style="text-align: left">Hands-on experience working in air-gapped environments – required</div><div style="text-align: left">Deep expertise with Docker (build, run, debug) and Docker Compose – required</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience creating, maintaining, scaling, and troubleshooting cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS) – required</div><div style="text-align: left">High proficiency in Linux-based operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.)</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences – required</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>:Advantages</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with Conan, Debian, Maven, and other package management tools</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong scripting skills (Python, Groovy, Bash)</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience with GitLab and Artifactory</div><div style="text-align: left">Background in C++, Python, or Java development environments</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience working in Agile methodologies and with tools such as Jira and Confluence</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">This is your chance to be a part of a new and exciting opportunity, work on complex, high-stakes systems</div><div style="text-align: left">push the boundaries of autonomy and robotics, and build technology that makes an instant impact</div><div style="text-align: left">If you’re looking to move fast, think big, and shape what comes next, we want you with us</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">**Only suitable applications will be considered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Rosh HaAyin</div>
