This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role focused on diagnosing complex issues, correlating simulation and field results, and producing actionable engineering insights</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Drive end‑to‑end network performance analyses and identify root causes of bottlenecks </div><div style="text-align: left">Apply AI/ML methods to accelerate detection of patterns, anomalies, and optimization opportunities</div><div style="text-align: left">Correlate simulation outcomes with real‑world network behavior to enhance accuracy and predictability</div><div style="text-align: left">Analyze and optimize Network protocol stacks for latency, throughput, and scalability </div><div style="text-align: left">Collaborate with System, Software, Network, QA, and Data Science teams to embed insights into design improvements </div><div style="text-align: left">Deliver concise reports summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Qualifications</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience in wireless and IP network performance or systems engineering</div><div style="text-align: left">Hands‑on knowledge of AI/ML analytics applied to communication data</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong programming skills in C++ and Python; Linux proficiency</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent analytical and communication capabilities</div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field; M.Sc. preferred.</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">**Only suitable applications will be considered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Netanya </div>
