<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left">For our site in Modiin, we are looking for a Contracts & Procurement Manager to join the Aerospace division, specializing in the UAV domain</div><div style="text-align: left">This is your opportunity to take a key role in managing strategic commercial engagements with major suppliers and subcontractors. You will lead complex procurement processes, drive negotiations in a dynamic and challenging environment, and play a central part in the success of the division's programs and projects</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Take full commercial responsibility for supplier management and strategic procurement with major subcontractors</div><div style="text-align: left">Engage with new suppliers and lead procurement contracts from requirement definition through to signature and approval</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead negotiations and supplier strategy, including internal coordination at the group level</div><div style="text-align: left">Draft, manage, monitor and control contracts and agreements with suppliers, subcontractors and service providers</div><div style="text-align: left">Collaborate on a daily basis with planning, legal, finance, operations, engineering and business stakeholders</div><div style="text-align: left">Assess commercial, contractual and operational risks and provide recommendations for exposure reduction</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Academic degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 3 years of experience in strategic procurement, preferably in a large organization - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience leading supplier contracts and strategic partnerships</div><div style="text-align: left">Demonstrated experience in negotiations and cost reduction</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience leading Sourcing processes in a large organization</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience managing high Spend - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Professional proficiency in Hebrew and English, both verbal and written</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong systemic thinking, assertiveness, ability to work under pressure and multitask in uncertain conditions</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Modiin-Maccabim–Reut</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div>
