<div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">We are seeking an experienced Algorithms Team Leader to lead one of our advanced AI and Computer Vision teams and drive the development of cutting-edge algorithmic capabilities for next-generation electro-optical systems.</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">In this role, you will lead the research, design and development of advanced algorithms for image and video understanding and analysis in the fields of Computer Vision and AI.</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">The position is located in Rehovot</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Job description:</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Lead and manage a team of algorithm developers, including technical guidance, mentoring, and professional growth</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Drive the end-to-end development of algorithmic solutions: from research and concept through implementation and deployment</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Own the technical roadmap and execution for algorithmic capabilities such as: Multimodal Zero Shot, Object Detection, Image Enhancement, Gen-AI, Segmentation, and Tracking</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Lead system-level design, optimization, and performance improvements within complex, multidisciplinary Electro-Optics systems</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Make architectural decisions and guide best practices for algorithm development, experimentation and productionization</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Collaborate with system engineering, software and product teams to define system requirements and ensure successful integration</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Promote knowledge sharing and technical excellence across teams (methodologies, tools, and innovations)</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Balance hands-on technical contribution with leadership responsibilities where needed</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Requirements:</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a related field</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">8+ years of experience in Image Processing, Computer Vision and Deep Learning</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">2+ years of experience in a leadership role </div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple parallel projects</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Proven experience leading algorithm development in production environments</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Strong programming skills in Python</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Hands-on experience with Deep Learning methodologies and frameworks</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Strong system-level thinking and architecture design capabilities</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make technical trade-offs under constraints</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">High motivation and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Basic knowledge of classic computer vision algorithms</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Knowledge in Electo-Optics systems and/or optics – an advantage</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">Only relevant applicants will be contacted</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr">#Rehovot</div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div><div style="text-align: left; direction: ltr"><br></div>
