<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left">For our site in Modiin, we are looking for a Mechanical Procurement Team Leader</div><div style="text-align: left">You will lead a team of buyers and supplier managers in the mechanical domain, with end-to-end responsibility for procurement processes – from supplier sourcing to ensuring the availability of materials, parts, and assemblies. Come be a partner in leading complex procurement processes in a dynamic and challenging environment</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Manage and lead a mechanical procurement team of 5–6 professionals, including buyers and supplier managers</div><div style="text-align: left">Drive procurement activities in the mechanical domain in line with work plans and project needs</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage end-to-end procurement processes: supplier sourcing, RFQ management, negotiations, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage supplier relationships in Israel and abroad with responsibility for availability, quality, cost, and service</div><div style="text-align: left">Conduct ongoing supplier performance monitoring and lead corrective actions and improvements</div><div style="text-align: left">Handle escalations, bottlenecks, and supply chain risks while developing alternatives and providing rapid solutions</div><div style="text-align: left">Collaborate with cross-functional interfaces: engineering, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and finance</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead cost reduction, trade terms improvement, and efficiency initiatives</div><div style="text-align: left">Mentor and develop team members professionally, fostering growth and empowerment</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field</div><div style="text-align: left">At least 5 years of experience in procurement, with emphasis on technical/mechanical procurement</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in managing a professional team</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience in commercial negotiations with suppliers in Israel and internationally</div><div style="text-align: left">Technical understanding of the mechanical domain, including parts, assemblies, manufacturing processes, and drawing reading</div><div style="text-align: left">Familiarity with ERP systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Proficiency in Hebrew and English</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to lead, prioritize, and make decisions in a multi-interface environment under pressure</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Modiin-Maccabim–Reut</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div>
