This is your opportunity to take a key role in driving operational excellence – from development transfer through production and customer delivery.</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Lead UAV manufacturing and delivery projects</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead the Operations IPT team and manage the work plan to meet quality, cost and schedule targets</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from development to production</div><div style="text-align: left">Serve as the primary point of contact between the Program Manager, Technical Lead and all operational stakeholders</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Practical or B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering & Management</div><div style="text-align: left">5 years of experience in manufacturing processes and development-to-production transitions</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience and technical understanding with emphasis on UAVs or aerospace systems - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Proficiency in PLM, ERP, budget control tools, MS Project and risk management</div><div style="text-align: left">Good command of English</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple processes simultaneously</div><div style="text-align: left">Prior project management experience - Advantage</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div>
