If you thrive on combining hands-on work with broad process ownership this is the place for you</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Take full responsibility for shipping warehouse inventory, including stock counts and routine inspections</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead and direct the warehouse team</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage tracking and traceability of all materials within the warehouse</div><div style="text-align: left">Handle domestic and international shipments in accordance with procedures</div><div style="text-align: left">Handle classified shipments per security guidelines</div><div style="text-align: left">Handle hazardous materials shipments in accordance with relevant regulations</div><div style="text-align: left">Pack equipment according to special requirements and procedures</div><div style="text-align: left">Execute sales to suppliers and customers and dispatch equipment to destination, including prioritized handling of AOG shipments</div><div style="text-align: left">Coordinate, monitor and control incoming and outgoing equipment - prepare documentation and report in the ERP system</div><div style="text-align: left">Maintain order and organization in the covered parking storage area and yards</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">At least 3 years of experience in a shipping role within a defense or industrial company - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Proficiency in ERP information systems</div><div style="text-align: left">Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications</div><div style="text-align: left">Basic level of English</div><div style="text-align: left">Willingness to perform physical work and work overtime</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to independently lead tasks from start to finish, strong service orientation, commitment and a systemic perspective, organizational skills and ability to work under pressure</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered*</div><div style="text-align: left">#Modiin-Maccabim–Reut</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div>
