<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left">A Flight Test Engineer for a unique and challenging role at our company sites in Haifa and Modiin, responsible for end-to-end flight testing of unmanned aerial systems</div><div style="text-align: left">You will work at the forefront of UAS technology in a dynamic environment and make a direct impact on fielding breakthrough systems. Come be part of a high-performing team in a leading defense organization</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Plan and lead flight tests in collaboration with engineering development teams</div><div style="text-align: left">Define instrumentation and data acquisition, and author test plans, flight cards, debriefs and test reports</div><div style="text-align: left">Manage test execution in the field, including analysis and interpretation of recorded data</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Engineering in one of the following: Aeronautics and Space / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics</div><div style="text-align: left">M.Sc. degree - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Proven experience in the UAS domain (operational / technical / training / administrative) - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">High-level English proficiency - speaking, reading and writing</div><div style="text-align: left">Willingness to travel abroad for periods of a week or more</div><div style="text-align: left">Willingness to work in the field and during non-standard hours</div><div style="text-align: left">Ability to work under pressure and make decisions under uncertainty, with excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">Only relevant applications will be answered*</div><div style="text-align: left">#Modiin-Maccabim–Reut</div>
