Come own the full product lifecycle of a critical national infrastructure system - from strategic vision to daily Scrum execution - in a meaningful defense environment where your decisions shape what gets built and why.</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Work closely with users and clients to identify pain points, gather requirements, and define system improvements</div><div style="text-align: left">Own and manage the product backlog, writing detailed user stories and defining acceptance criteria</div><div style="text-align: left">Prioritize tasks and features within a Scrum framework, balancing strategic goals with day-to-day delivery needs</div><div style="text-align: left">Partner with Dev and QA teams to ensure smooth execution and high-quality releases</div><div style="text-align: left">Act as the bridge between technical staff and non-technical government stakeholders</div><div style="text-align: left">Drive continuous improvement of the product based on user feedback and operational insights</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">B.Sc. in Industrial Management with a major in Information Systems or B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering - an advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">3+ years of experience in product management roles, with proven ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on backlog management</div><div style="text-align: left">Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis - an advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Deep understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies</div><div style="text-align: left">Prior experience in defense, aviation, or government sectors - an advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate between technical and non-technical stakeholders</div><div style="text-align: left">Proactive, analytical mindset with excellent prioritization and communication skills</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">* This position is open to both women and men</div><div style="text-align: left">**Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Modiin-Maccabim–Reut</div>
