<div style="text-align: left"><b>We are looking for</b></div><div style="text-align: left">A Production Quality Manager for our Aerospace division site in Ashdod</div><div style="text-align: left">If you are passionate about quality, driven by continuous improvement, and thrive in an environment where your expertise directly impacts the products delivered to customers — this is your opportunity to lead the quality operations at a dynamic manufacturing site and make a real difference in the defense industry</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>In this role you will</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Lead and manage all production quality operations at the Ashdod site, ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements</div><div style="text-align: left">Drive the implementation of ISO9001 requirements and lead annual certification processes</div><div style="text-align: left">Prepare and lead internal and external audits, including findings resolution and follow-up</div><div style="text-align: left">Provide professional guidance to quality inspectors and quality trustees on the production floor</div><div style="text-align: left">Monitor, control, and present quality KPIs in management review meetings</div><div style="text-align: left">Lead and manage MRB processes</div><div style="text-align: left">Approve final products prior to delivery, including quality inspections at customer sites</div><div style="text-align: left">Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes and defect reduction</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left"><b>Requirements</b></div><div style="text-align: left">Bachelor's degree in a relevant field</div><div style="text-align: left">CQE certification - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Minimum 5 years of experience in quality within a similar industry, with emphasis on ISO9001 and AS9100</div><div style="text-align: left">Certified auditor experience - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Knowledge in mechanics and electronic manufacturing - advantage</div><div style="text-align: left">Experience working with customers, including complaint handling and failure analysis</div><div style="text-align: left">Good command of English in reading and writing</div><div style="text-align: left">Willingness to travel to the company's Netanya site once a week</div><div style="text-align: left">Excellent interpersonal skills, systemic thinking, and ability to work in a team under pressure</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div><div style="text-align: left">*Only relevant applications will be answered</div><div style="text-align: left">#Ashdod</div><div style="text-align: left"><br></div>
